The article analyzes the process of creating software for working in number systems. Large and time-consuming calculations is in the priority . The author considers a particular implementation of the algorithm for translating and processing numbers. It is tested for accuracy, speed working and the maximum volume of input data. The result of the research is computer software with a graphical interface which can perform computational operations on numbers far in excess of machine data types. In the future it can be used to optimize holding and processing of numeric sequences. This is vital and very important for posterity. The memory on devices is not unlimited and requires a lot of natural resources for its production.

The specifics of recognizing labor relationship in case of concluding a civil law contract

Currently, the correctness of their registration plays a special role in the registration of relations for the performance of work between a citizen and an employer. Both labor and civil law contracts can be concluded between a citizen and an employer. Sometimes the employer, as a stronger party, does not give the right to choose to the other party and enters into a contract or service contract with an individual. Having concluded such contracts, there is a recognition of the actually existing labor relations. In this regard, it is necessary to conduct a qualitative study of the employment contract, comparing it with the contract and the contract for the provision of services, while considering the practical significance of these contracts and the problems in their differentiation. Based on the methods of an integrated approach to the study of labor law, as well as civil law in the framework of labor-related relations, it should be concluded that when settling disputes between a citizen and an employer on the recognition of formed legal relations as labor or civil law, it is necessary to take into account whether there were actually signs of labor relations and an employment contract.

Application of game-theoretic cooperative methods for solving the applied problem of passenger traffic distribution on the graph

Within the framework of this article, the application of a game-theoretic approach is considered to find the optimal distribution of transportation in the case when carriers are rivals. A feature of the work is the practical application of the theory of cooperative games to work with real data. In this scenario, a fragment of a specific transport network is considered, namely the area of Apatity, Murmansk region. The presence of competition between firms-owners of shuttle buses, on the one hand, as well as the need for passengers to move around the city in a certain period of time from a certain starting point to the end, on the other hand, ensures the relevance of this task. The game-theoretic approach makes it relatively easy to search for the resulting vector of values, the components of which are the optimal distributive load values for each player, provided that the total winnings are divided.

Comparison of YOLOv5’s models for the rainbow trout detection in a video stream

The diversity of models and training parameters makes it difficult to find an optimal solution for the object detection problem. In this article the models of YOLOv5 are considered. For each of them, the key learning metrics are measured and the Pareto front of optimal solutions is constructed using the rectangle method. Based on this, the best model in terms of accuracy and speed of rainbow trout detection is selected. The author concludes that the training of models depends not only on their architecture, the hardware capabilities of the system, but also on the number of detection classes.

This article is addressed to the problem of visual sound, which has attracted the attention of researchers over the past 50 years. The features of the representation of phonetic meaning in the human psyche were considered from the standpoint of the theory of higher nervous activity and the levels of its regulating signals. Also, the peculiarities of the correlation of phonosemantics as a psycholinguistic discipline with semiotics as the science of signs and sign systems were noted. The study of the connection of the phonosemantic organization of a narrative text with its suggestive properties has a multilevel basis, and this paper presents its first stage. It experimentally studied the issues of stability of phonetic values in a time perspective and outlined general theoretical and specifically empirical premises for the second stage of the study.
