Topical issues of law enforcement practice of recognition of civil law relations as labor relations

 Abstract. The labor legislation of the Russian Federation provides for the possibility of recognizing civil law relations as labor relations. The article discusses the problems that arise in practice during the implementation of this procedure. The study is based on the analysis of judicial acts and the results of inspections of federal executive authorities. As a result of consideration of the stated topic, possible solutions to the identified problems are proposed.
