Abstract. Liver cirrhosis as a cause of death ranks 7th in the world and 6th in Russia. Treatment options for this disease are significantly limited. 34 patients were examined with decompensated cirrhosis of the liver and mortality within a month of hospitalization. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in comparison with other gravity scales in liver cirrhosis - Child-Pugh, Maddrey, MELD, MELD-Na. The predominant predictive role of NLR in the assessment of systemic inflammation and probability of the nearest fatal outcome was revealed.
Keywords: liver cirrhosis, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, gravity scales in liver cirrhosis
