Abstract. In this article, the author considers state corporations operating in the territory of the Russian Federation. The main content of the work is an interdisciplinary economic and legal analysis of market and planning elements inherent in state corporations of the Russian Federation, as well as their reflection in the legal status of state corporations. Considerable attention is paid to the issue of determining the form of ownership of state corporations. The paper uses theoretical methods of scientific research.
