Abstract. The article presents the results of a study of psychological well-being and satisfaction with the profession and work of a teacher. Differences in indicators of psychological well-being between satisfied and dissatisfied teachers were obtained. The psychological well-being of teachers who are satisfied with their profession is higher than that of teachers who are dissatisfied with their profession.
