Abstract. Scandinavian legal realism is one of the most significant legal concepts of the twentieth century. Its development and formation were influenced by the work of several major Scandinavian jurists, whose views were somewhat different from each other. The purpose of this article is to identify common and different features in the views of representatives of this concept.
