Сonflicts and their transformation in emergency situations (the case of the COVID-19 pandemic)

Abstract. The article deals with the topic of conflicts and their transformation in emergency situations. On the basis of an expert survey, cases of conflict transformation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic were identified, the main conflicts were identified and measures to prevent and resolve them were identified.
