Construction of modular buildings as a solution for fast construction of individual private houses

 Abstract. The article is devoted to the construction of individual houses. The author describes the history of the construction of individual housing, and also presents a classification of private houses. The study highlights the main advantages of modular construction as a solution for the rapid construction of private houses in comparison with other technologies. The author comes to the conclusion that the construction of houses from modular blocks is more profitable in all respects.
