 Abstract. The indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation are a relatively small and extremely legally vulnerable part of the population of our country. In areas in which they have an interest, government bodies make decisions daily in the form of laws and orders. Control over their creation and adoption is a necessary guarantee of the rights of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation. The purpose of this article is to identify the best of these controls.
