Abstract. The relevance of the study is underscored by the critical role of mnemonic activity in school learning and the persistent memory impairments in children with developmental delays, compounded by a lack of adapted interactive materials in special education. The article presents the results of implementing an author-designed series of interactive didactic games, demonstrating their remedial effectiveness. The findings of the experiment revealed positive dynamics in memory development among preschoolers with developmental delays, with the most pronounced progress observed in logical (mediated) memory. However, auditory-verbal memory scores remained comparatively lower.
Keywords: memory, developmental delay, older preschool age, interactive didactic games, remedial education
