The problem of two-way choice graduate - employer based on the Gale-Shapley model

 Abstract. Most countries follow the free-market economic model, which is characterized by unrestricted competition. In the labor market, this tendency very often leads to negative consequences. This problem can be partially solved by a system that would unambiguously match the student and the employer. The main advantage of this system is that it will operate without human assistance, which will lead to time and effort optimization. The system is based on the algorithm for forming stable pairs developed by the mathematicians David Gale and Lloyd Shapley
