Abstract. The article discusses the options for the execution and justification for the implementation of technical and operational and microclimatic studies in a one-story building with an area of 18 m2. The walls of the building are made of blocks with dimensions of 190x300x500 mm. The material of the blocks is wood-cement material with a nano-modifier (amorphous silicon dioxide “Kovelos”).
