Abstract. The Republic of Tyva possesses significant tourism potential, thanks to its distinctive natural landscapes and rich cultural heritage. A notable example is the Uighur fortress of Por-Bazhyn, renowned for its unique architectural design and strategic location. Numerous legends surrounding the site further enhance its appeal to visitors. An optimal approach for developing this area is to establish an ethnotourism complex that emphasizes the preservation of the region’s cultural and historical identity while providing comfortable amenities for guests to relax and enjoy their stay.
