Abstract. The article analyzes incidents surrounding the Sovyonok-Fest festival as an example of subcultural conflict that migrates from digital platforms to real-world offenses. It examines the legal qualification of the committed acts through the lens of hooliganism committed by a group acting under prior conspiracy. The study differentiates these acts from related offenses, such as mass riots and extremism, and investigates the motives of the participants. The findings underscore the need for law enforcement practices to adapt to new forms of socially disruptive behavior.
Keywords: criminal law qualification, hooliganism, subcultural conflict
