Abstract. This article examines the role of digital communities in engaging students in physical education and sports. In the digital age, social media can actively influence students to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Digital communities provide students with access to up-to-date information about sporting events, training sessions, and athletic opportunities at the university. Social media is not only a powerful communication tool but also an effective platform for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
