The Importance of Team Socio-Psychological Climate for Personnel Management Within Organizations

Abstract. One effective strategy for enhancing organizational efficiency is to improve work performance, with a key factor being a favorable socio-psychological climate (SPC), particularly within government agencies. This article aims to examine the current state of SPC in a state institution, specifically one of the facilities of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation located in the Republic of Karelia, and to give recommendations for enhancing SPC. Based on the research findings, the author provides recommendations aimed at fostering more effective employee management and enhancing the SPC within the organization in question.
