Abstract. The article explores the attitude of young people (members of Generation Z) to labor activity. Representatives of this generation exhibit distinct characteristics that shape their behavior, including their behavior in the labor market and their interaction with colleagues and employers. This article investigates the latest trends in young people's attitude to work, as well as their motivation (and the applicability of existing concepts to current realities), resulting from the study of current labor market problems in Russia.
