The System of Legal Education in the USA and the UK

Abstract. This article examines the strengths and advantages of legal education systems in the United States and Great Britain. It analyzes the stages of education in these countries, highlighting their distinctive features and developmental trends. Additionally, the article explores the experiences of higher legal education in these two countries and identifies aspects that could be adapted for use within the Russian educational system, such as the establishment of legal clinics, a practice-oriented approach, collaboration with legal practitioners, etc.
