The Role of Network Interaction in the Transformation of Higher Education of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation

Abstract. The use of network interaction among higher education in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation significantly improves the quality and accessibility of higher education. Recommendations have been formulated to optimize the synergy between said higher education institutions to promote joint projects. The findings can be used for the development of strategic documents and programs aimed at advancing higher education and research activities in the Arctic, as well as strengthening the Russian educational system on an international scale.
