 Abstract. The work is devoted to the modern reform of control and Supervisory bodies. The draft law, which has not yet entered into force, is under consideration. The author identifies the most interesting moments of the draft law. The goal is to study the system of control and Supervisory bodies in the Russian Federation. At the end of the work will be marked conclusions, which came to the author of the work.
