Abstract. This article presents the results of a study aimed at studying the attitude of teachers to school bullying. In the course of the work, the questionnaire "Teachers' attitude to bullying" was developed, later tested for homogeneous reliability, based on which weakly correlating points were removed from the questionnaire. The results obtained during the study indicate a negative attitude of teachers to the phenomenon of school bullying, but at the same time, about a third of the teachers surveyed consider themselves incompetent in the prevention of bullying. Since it is teachers who are responsible for the formation of the climate in the children's collective, as well as the comprehensive development of the personality as a whole, studying the attitudes and attitudes of teachers regarding bullying can help in determining ways to prevent school bullying.
