The problem of freedom in A. Zinoviev's novel "Yawning Heights" (for the anniversary of the author)

Abstract. In the article, the author examines the category of freedom in the view of the Soviet philosopher A. Zinoviev. The main content of the work is the analysis of the issue of freedom in the novel "Yawning Heights" and the comparison of concepts related to freedom in the work with the ideas of world philosophers. Considerable attention is paid to the consideration of A. Zinoviev's views on the issue of freedom. Comparative methods of scientific research are applied in the work.
