Termination of the criminal case in connection with the conciliation of the parties and refusal to use compulsory medical nature

 Abstract. The purpose of the study is to prove the impossibility of terminating any criminal case in connection with the reconciliation of the victim with a person suffering from a mental disorder, since this reconciliation does not eliminate the social danger of the person and the need for his compulsory treatment. We will talk about the possibility of terminating a criminal case only when committing a socially dangerous act that falls under the signs of a crime related to crimes against property. The study used general scientific methods, namely study and generalization, analysis, induction. In the study of this problem, conclusions were drawn about the need to amend Article 443 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.
