Features of the use of pile screw foundations for low-rise residential buildings

 Abstract. This article describes the main types of foundations for low-rise residential buildings, as well as highlights the stages of development of pile foundations. The advantages and disadvantages of pile screw foundations as a supporting frame for individual residential buildings are revealed.
