Abstract. The article examines the role of the Arctic region in Russia's foreign policy. The study aims to analyze the role of the Arctic region in Russia's 2023 Foreign Policy Concept. Various methods, including analyzing official documents and making comparisons, are used. These approaches help reassess Russia's foreign policy in terms of both economy and ecology, while also evaluating Moscow's stance on its presence in the region.
