Administrative prejudice in the criminal law of the Russian Federation

 Abstract. The article raises the issue of the absence of fixing a special recidivism in the articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with administrative prejudice, which puts persons with a criminal record in a privileged position in relation to persons subjected to administrative punishment.
