 Abstract. The article discusses the problems of improving the system of budget pricing in construction in the Russian Federation, identifies the problems of inefficiency in managing budget expenditures in the investment and construction sector, and examines the specific features of the resource pricing model today. This article determines the actual problems that have arisen in the implementation of the reform of pricing in construction.
