The criminological characteristics of extremist crimes

 Abstract. The article analyzes the criminological characteristics of extremist crimes. The authors classify the forensic characteristics of crimes of an extremist orientation towards elemental blocks (the identity of the criminal for extremist purposes, the methods of committing extremist crimes, the subject of proof for extremist cases).
